Terms of Service · Cybrmail

1. The deal

By using CyberMail (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by AR Dynamics Inc, a Delaware C-Corp ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials — including any wallet you use to sign in — secure. We are not able to recover a lost wallet for you; You can pre-configure guardian addresses for social recovery.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, phishing, fraud, or malware
Harass or threaten any person
Distribute child sexual abuse material — we report this to NCMEC and we ban permanently
Violate applicable law in your jurisdiction
Resell or sub-license the Service without our written consent
Reverse-engineer or extract source from our binaries beyond what applicable law allows

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will refund unused prepaid time at our discretion.

4. Service availability

Cybrmail is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. Maintenance windows are announced in-app at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

5. The AI brain

Our AI brain may generate output that is inaccurate, offensive, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending, signing, or acting on it. The AI brain is a tool — not legal, medical, or financial advice.

If you bring your own LLM API key (BYOK) on Privacy+ or Business, you authorize us to forward the relevant context to your chosen provider for that request only. We do not retain prompts or completions on our servers when using BYOK.

6. Digital postal service (Privacy+ and Business)

The digital postal service is operated through bonded mail partners in the United States. By enabling it, you complete USPS Form 1583 (notarized authorization for us to receive mail on your behalf). We open, scan, and OCR your incoming mail per your instructions. Forwarding charges apply per piece based on your plan; see in-app pricing for current fees. We discard physical mail 30 days after scanning unless you request forwarding.

7. Encryption & data

We use libsodium for end-to-end encryption on supported message types. We cannot recover encrypted content if you lose your decryption key. We store data encrypted at rest in Germany (Hetzner Cloud). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual property

The CyberMail name, logo, and Service are owned by AR Dynamics Inc. You retain ownership of the content you create and store with the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the minimum license needed to operate it (store, transmit, render, sync across devices).

9. No warranty & limit of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You waive any objection to that venue. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

11. Changes

If we materially change these Terms, we will notify you in-app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
