Why we exist

Skiff died. Your privacy didn't have to.

In February 2024, Notion bought Skiff. Four months later, Skiff was gone. Hundreds of thousands of people who had quietly paid for an encrypted inbox, a wallet-native identity, and a private place to think — got an evacuation email.

We watched it happen. We knew the patterns. We knew the people. We started building the successor that day.

The premise

Your email is your most important software. It is the spine of your life — calendar, banking, contracts, photos, identity, memory. And yet the model is broken.

Big tech reads it in exchange for free service. Privacy companies treat it like a 2009 PGP museum. Nobody fused it with the things every modern person actually does: take notes, talk to an AI, sign with a wallet, get mail at a real address.

We rebuilt the inbox to be that fusion — and to be private by default, free to run, and yours to walk away with.

What we believe

  • Your data is not an asset class. It is your nervous system.
  • An AI that bills per question is not your AI. It is rent.
  • Identity should be the keypair you already own — not a Google login.
  • Physical mail still exists. Pretending it doesn't is a feature gap, not a feature.
  • Encryption is table stakes. Useful is the bar.

Who builds this

CyberMail is built by AR Dynamics Inc, a Delaware C-Corp operating from New York with infrastructure in Falkenstein, Germany. The same team operates CALLVS, AALP, and the broader AR Dynamics OS product family.

Cap table is founder-controlled. We are not raising. The product is paid because the product is the business.

What we won't do

  • Sell your data. Ever. Not anonymized. Not aggregated.
  • Send your messages to OpenAI / Google / Anthropic unless you explicitly enable BYOK and bring your own key.
  • Run ads, embed third-party trackers, or load advertising-network SDKs.
  • Take VC money that requires us to flip the product into an ad business.

We launch the day Apple approves us.

Get on the list. The first 10,000 mailers get a permanent @cybrmail.net alias of their choice and 50% off Year 1.

No spam. We use the same inbox you use to opt out — yours.
